To sign up for these events, please go to the Sign Up Site and indicate which events you want to attend. As a courtesy to the organizers, please sign up as soon as you can and certainly at least two weeks before the event so they can work with the vendors.
Reunion Dinner Is Sold Out
Our dinner event on Thursday, June 25 will be at Weber’s Boutique Hotel. As of May 31, it is a sold out event. Weber’s can’t hold more than 290 of us. If you missed out on the dinner, please come to any of the other events we’re hosting during the week. Register for them above.,

Wednesday, June 24:
- Welcome Picnic – 5:00pm-9:00pm. Gallup Park. Free. BYOB or purchase from the food trucks we’re arranging. Gallup Park is accessible from the paved parking lots. Accessible restrooms. Organizer: Planning Committee
Thursday, June 25:
- Golf. 9:30am – 2:00pm. Lake Forest Golf Club, 3110 W Ellsworth Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103. $55 payable to Pro Shop upon arrival at the course. More details about the event will be sent to those who sign up. Organizer: Curtis Davis, 303-921-8393
- Pickleball. 9:00am – 11:00am. Location: Ann Arbor Golf & Outing Pickleball Courts. Free. Courtesy of an anonymous classmate. Open to all who are interested in playing or watching. We will play open/pickup format (this is not a tournament). Wheelchair players are welcome / courts are accessible. If you would like to learn to play, we will teach you, join us. You are welcome to come and talk and watch if you are not interested in playing. There will be will be extra paddles if you need one. Pickleball balls will be provided. - Huron River Float: 10:00am – 12:00noon. Location: Dexter-Huron to Delhi Metropark. Join the summer fun on a gentle float down the Huron River on canoes or kayaks, your choice. Free to nominal cost (Max $15) depending on the number of people signing up. Unfortunately, this event is not wheelchair accessible. Organizer/Host: Craig Brennan

African American Cultural and Historical Museum Tour and Film Screening
Choice of one of two sessions: 9:30am – 12:30pm or 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Includes the movie “The Beat Goes On” directed by Kathleen McCallum, Ann Arbor High Schools Alumnus
See the life-affirming story of Willard Blackwell, a renowned Zydeco musician living with ALS. Kathleen and Willard go on a journey of hope and discovery. They meet survivors who have reversed their ALS symptoms, and a neuroscientist who trains Willard to play music hands-free, with his brain!
Suggested donation: $25.00 to benefit AACHM and “The Beat Goes On” / ALS awareness.

- 50th Reunion Dinner (Main Event). 5:00pm-9:00pm. Dinner at Weber’s Boutique Hotel (formerly Weber’s Inn), 3050 Jackson Ave, Ann Arbor. We can not accommodate walk-ins at the Weber’s dinner because Weber’s needs to prepare. Happy Hour Cash Bar opens ar 5pm. Buffet dinner starts at 6pm. These prices cover the dinner plus event costs. - After Party at the Elk’s Lodge. 9:00pm-midnight “Come As You Are” or “Come As You Were” After Party at The Elks Lodge. 220 Sunset Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, 734-761-7172. $10 per person cover charge for the DJ, cash bar and snacks available. Cost of renting the venue is underwritten by anonymous classmates. Lodge is accessible over grass, assistance may be needed. Restrooms and lower level is accessible.
D-jay “Mr. Light Show” spins our favs from the 70’s up to today. Great for Disco, Hustles, Urban Ballroom, Soul Train, any Line Dancing, and of course, your own “get down” style.
70’s style clothes are optional but definitely welcomed: bell bottoms, painter’s pants, platform shoes, hats, boots, scarf headbands, midi dresses, boho chic, polyester shirts, Shaft style vests, army jackets. You know the look. You wore it once, will you wear it again? Keep on truckin’ baby!

Friday, June 26:
- Farewell Brunch, 10:00am-1:00pm. Organizer: Karen Kerry. Location: Sent upon sign up. This is a free event AND preregistration is required so we have enough food. Cost is underwritten by anonymous classmates. Sign up before June 10 at this Sign Up Site. Outdoor venue has accessible restroom and wheelchair access across gently-rolling grass.
